At Sensoper Controls and Renewables, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for order and service cancellations.

01 / PRODUCT ORDERS

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • If cancellation is approved after dispatch, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

Service & Project Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.


If cancelled before project initiation, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.


If cancelled after project commencement, charges will be applied for:

  • Site survey and energy audit
  • Design and engineering work
  • Materials procured or ordered
  • Any advance paid will be adjusted against work already completed.

03 / CUSTOM CONFIGURATION

Customized Orders

Customized solar systems, panels or special configurations cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7–10 BUSINESS DAYS

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or services due to:

  • Unavailability of products
  • Technical or site feasibility issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
