Cancellation Policy

At Sensoper Controls and Renewables, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for order and service cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation (Products)

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • If cancellation is approved after dispatch, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

2. Service & Project Cancellation (Solar EPC)

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp).
  • If cancelled before project initiation, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.
  • If cancelled after project commencement, charges will be applied for:

    • Site survey and energy audit
    • Design and engineering work
    • Materials procured or ordered
  • Any advance paid will be adjusted against the work already completed.

3. Customized Orders

  • Customized solar systems, panels, or special configurations cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders/services due to:

    • Unavailability of products
    • Technical or site feasibility issues
    • Unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
