Cancellation Policy
At Sensoper Controls and Renewables, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for order and service cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation (Products)
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
- Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If cancellation is approved after dispatch, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
2. Service & Project Cancellation (Solar EPC)
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp).
- If cancelled before project initiation, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.
If cancelled after project commencement, charges will be applied for:
- Site survey and energy audit
- Design and engineering work
- Materials procured or ordered
- Any advance paid will be adjusted against the work already completed.
3. Customized Orders
- Customized solar systems, panels, or special configurations cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders/services due to:
- Unavailability of products
- Technical or site feasibility issues
- Unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
